This article explains how parents can book holiday activities using HAF vouchers.
HolidayActivities is a new booking system designed to take the hassle out of using your HAF vouchers to find and book local activities in your area.
Follow our step by step guide on how to get started.
Your step-by-step guide
Step 1
You will receive an email or text message from HolidayActivities.com.
Please click View voucher to see your voucher.
Step 2
If you’ve not used Holiday Activities before, you’ll need to create an account. This can be done easily by logging in using your email address, Apple, Google or Facebook.
Step 3
Enter your email address and then press Sign in.
Step 4
You will be asked to enter your name, email address and phone number.
Once added, click Save details.
Step 5
Your Holiday Activities voucher will now link to your account and show the number of credits you have to use. Click on the arrow to see the available activities.
Please note: If you have more than one child, you may receive multiple vouchers via text message or email. Please access each individual link for them to show in your account.
Step 6
Then, you will be asked to share your location so that the platform can show you local activities.
After this, you will be asked to add your child's age. This is to ensure you only view activities suitable to your child's age group.
Step 7
You can now browse all available activities. Please click the arrow besides each activity to see photos, available dates and read a short description.
Step 8
Click View activities to look at activity details, photos and more.
Step 9
When you’re ready to book, click on the ‘Select date’ button.
Step 10
Complete the booking form. These details will be remembered to make future bookings easier.
Confirm you have read and understood the terms and conditions. Once you select Complete booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email notifying you that your booking is either confirmed or awaiting approval.
Step 11
You can now click Return to the activity and book more dates for your child, return to vouchers to book other activities or Bookings to manage your bookings.
