How to switch a parent when the voucher has already been sent to the other parent

This help article will show you the step-by-step process of switching a parent when a voucher has already been sent to another parent. 

Step 1

Log in to your account and select Select applicable students.


Step 2

Find the student that you wish to switch the parents details for and then click on Switch parent on the right-hand side.

Please note: You can only switch the parent/send it to a different parent if the voucher has not yet been accessed.


Step 3

Identify the parent that you would like to switch the voucher contact details to and click the Select parent button on the right-hand side.


Step 4

Click Assign vouchers, this will send the voucher to the parent you have changed the voucher to be sent to.  

Please note: DO NOT untick any other students when doing this as this will unassign their voucher.
