How to book an activity from the waiting list

If an activity is fully booked, there may be an option to join a waiting list. Joining this list allows you to express your interest, and should a space become available, the provider can either automatically enroll you or inform all those on the waiting list that a space is available.

Join the waiting list

If a date is fully booked and a waiting list available, simply select Join waiting list and fill out the details. 

Once complete the activity will appear in your bookings tab. No credits will be taken until the booking is confirmed. 

Notification that a space is available

If a space becomes available and the waiting list is automated, everyone on the waiting list will receive an email notification with a link to login and make a booking.

Booking will be prioritised on a first-come, first-served basis.

Step 1

Open the email notification and select View activity.

Step 2

Click Bookings.

Step 3

Scroll to your booking and click Book now. 

Step 4 

Scroll to the date and select Confirm booking. 

Step 5 

Confirm your details to book the activity. 

Booked onto the activity 

If a space becomes available and the provider is able to book you on, you will receive an email notification letting you know your booking is now confirmed.
