Your vouchers
To view your assigned HAF vouchers and see how many credits are available for your child. Select Vouchers. You can also use this option to access the available activities.
Bookings
To view your child's activity bookings, select Bookings. Here you can see the statuses of every booking made, whether they have been approved, pending or declined. Here, you can also request to cancel an activity booking. The request would then be sent to the the activity provider to authorise or respond to.
