To change your booking to a different date or activity, please follow the instructions below to cancel your existing booking and then make a new one.
Step 1
You will first need to log in to your account and navigate to the Bookings tab.
Step 2
Find the activity booking you wish to cancel and click Cancel booking.
Step 3
Enter the reason you wish to cancel the activity booking and click Cancel booking. This request will then be sent to the provider for them to approve.
Step 4
You will then be taken back to the booking page and will see the following message up until the provider approves your cancellation request.
Please note: When you request for an activity to be cancelled, the request is sent to the provider and not HolidayActivities. The cancellation approval is handled by the provider, not HolidayActivities. Therefore, we have no ability to speed up the process or approve the cancellation request. Please contact the provider if you wish to do so.
Step 5
Once your cancellation request has been approved, you will receive an email to confirm this and the credit(s) used for the booking will be added back to your voucher automatically.
Step 6
Once the cancelation is approved, you can now log into your account via app.holidayactivities.com and press the arrow next to the child you would like to book onto the activity.
Step 7
Next, you will see a list of providers available for your child. Click on View activity to see what activities they offer.
Step 8
When you select an activity you will see the activity description, location and available dates. Press Select date to book on to the activity.
Step 9
If this is your first time making a booking with this voucher, you will be asked to fill out the details requested. If you have already given this information in a previous booking you will be asked to confirm the information is still correct.
Step 10
Once completed you will be brought to your Bookings page with the activity you are booked onto, and confirmation will be sent to your email.
If the booking needs approving by the provider before being accepted a message will display letting you know. Once the booking is approved the message will update and you will be notified by email.
