How to book a direct place

If you wish to book any more activities, you are welcome to do so directly through your account. However, please be aware that any further bookings are at the provider's discretion and will not be covered by your HAF voucher. Payment will be required at the time of booking.

Step 1

If an activity provider accepts direct bookings and has spaces, the option to book will be displayed on their activity in the Activities tab. 

Click View activity.

Step 2

Scroll to your prefered date and select Buy Place.

Step 3

If your child's details are still uptodate, click Confirm. Or if you would like to make and changes, select Update.

Step 4

Once the details are confirmed, enter your payment information and read and agree to the Purchase Terms. 

Step 5

Once completed you will be taken to your booking page where you can view your booking details at any time. 

You will be sent a email email receipt confirming payment. 

If you need to request any changes to your booking, please contact the provider directly.
