How to see if a Parent/Guardian has claimed their voucher

Once a voucher has been assigned you will be able to see when the voucher was claimed and how many credits have been used. 

Login via app.holidayactivities.com and navigate to 'View assigned vouchers' tab.  

To see if the voucher has been claimed, click the circle next to the pupil's details and 'View voucher link'. Used credits are displayed along with the voucher details.

If the voucher has not been claimed you will be presented with the voucher link; this can be sent to the parent in a separate email.

If the voucher has been claimed the message below will appear.
