Enabling automation

Some Local authorities give schools the option to automate the sending of their vouchers. This means schools can simply and securely distribute HAF vouchers to their eligible families via the free Holiday Activities platform. 

By automating the delivery of HAF vouchers it will simplify the process for you and ensure all eligible families have the opportunity to participate in activities during the term break.

Please note

• Eligible families will receive HAF vouchers only. 
• Parents listed on your MIS as priority one will receive these vouchers.
• There is no cost to the school for issuing HolidayActivities vouchers.
• You will still have the ability to add or amend vouchers.
• To ensure a smooth process, please keep the data in your management information system (MIS) up-to-date.
