Step 1
In order for you to order vouchers using a CSV upload, you will need to log in to your HolidayActivities account.
Step 2
Click on Select applicable students.
Step 3
Click on Download template.
Step 4
Please enter the required details in the table and then save the document as a CSV file (this process will vary across different programs so if you are unsure how to do this, you should be able to find resources online). You will need to provide an email address and phone number for each child/parent.
Date of birth is needed to ensure they are given age appropriate activities to book onto and must be in DD-MM-YYYY format. Use the Child_FSM column if required to determine whether the child receiving the voucher is eligible for Free School Meals (use values Yes/No or True/False).
Step 5
Click Browse and find your CSV file.
If there are any errors in your CSV file, it will not upload. Please see the top tips at the bottom of the article which may explain why it is not uploading.
Step 6
Your CSV file is uploaded and vouchers have been assigned to eligible children.
Top Tips
- Make sure the headings do not contain capital letters.
- Make sure you upload the file in CSV format.
- No spaces before or after text or between numbers.
- No extra punctuation or special characters other than full stops or @.
