Step 1
All voucher recipients who are sent a voucher will have a 16 digit code linked to them. The code is unique for the pupil for the holiday period and cannot be used by others.
The code is shown when clicking the link to claim the voucher and is contained in the link itself;
Step 2
Choose the relevant activity in the Activities screen.
Step 3
Click on the three dots next to the attendee that you would like to apply a voucher to and then click Apply voucher.
