Provider guide for HolidayActivities updates

HolidayActivities has a new look!

You can now see a summary of booked and pending approvals for your live activities on your homepage.

Dark mode is now available on the HolidayActivities platform. This can be selected by clicking on the moon icon above your name in the bottom left corner.

You can also move the menu bar to the top of the screen by clicking the other icon to Toggle position.

We have added an extra column into your attendee list so that you can see at a glance those attendees with dietary requirements or additional needs.

To view further details, you can then select View to see the full booking form details with the different sections now split out into tabs.

This column is also visible when you go to take your registers so that you can see those that have additional requirements at a quick glance.

Within your registers, you will also see the option to toggle on a Basic view.

We’ve also added in a new option on the messages section of your account to view only messages that relate to the current scheme. This will be on as default but you can select to view all messages by clicking the toggle. 

Within the Manage organisation section of the platform, you can now mark yourself as Ofsted registered.

You will also see that you can update your organisation details without adding in a phone number.

The Branding and Location sections of the organisation details have been moved into separate tabs.
