How to book an activity

Once you have claimed your voucher, log in via app.holidayactivities.com to begin booking activities. 

Step 1 

All claimed vouchers will displayed here.  

Click Select voucher for the child you wish to book activities for.  

Step 2

You will be shown all available activities in your area that are age appropriate for your child. If no Date of Birth has been entered, you will be prompted for this.
Click View activity to see further information regarding each activity before booking.

Step 3

When you select an activity you will see the activity description, location and available dates; use the option to view all dates to see any dates with conflicting bookings or that are not accepting bookings. Press Select date to book on to the activity.

Step 4 

If this is your first time making a booking with this voucher, you will be asked to fill out the details requested. If you have already given this information in a previous booking you will be asked to confirm the information is still correct.

Step 5

Once the booking is completed, you will be brought to your Bookings page showing the activity you are booked onto and confirmation will be sent to your email.
If the booking needs approving by the Provider, a message will display letting you know. Once the booking is approved the message will update and you will be notified by email.
Waiting list bookings will display underneath completed and pending bookings.

Once booked you will be able to log in and view the activity details at anytime before the activity where you can confirm the location and times, as well as see the provider contact details to be able to get in touch with them directly.
