Custom questions

When creating an activity, you can enter your own custom questions.

Custom questions give you the ability to ask any questions you need to when the parents make their booking. You can ask a Text question, Multiple Choice or Additional attendee information.

Ask a simple question, with an answer in text form.

Toggle on Required to make it a mandatory question parents must answer

Multiple Choice

Ask a question and set multiple choice answers.

Toggle on Allow multiple so parents can choose more than one answer.

Toggle on Required to make it a mandatory question parents must answer

Additional attendee information

This is a preset question which will enable you to collect information about an adult attending the activity with the child. This should only be used if it is required that an adult attends your activity with their child, or if you are happy that an adult could attend the activity with their child. 

Toggle on Required if it is required an adult attends the activity with the child.
