Local authority guide for HolidayActivities updates

HolidayActivities has a new look!

You can see an overview of your current scheme information on your homepage.

Then you can now select Preview Voucher to see your voucher logo and wording information.

If you would like to edit your voucher wording you now have the option to do this yourselves by scrolling to the bottom of the voucher preview and selecting Edit Voucher.

You will see the voucher wording and a voucher preview which will update in real time as you make any amendments. 

We’ve adjusted how the data is displayed and have introduced some additional charts for you to keep track of redemption, bookings and attendance at a glance. 

You will be able to see an additional column within the Provider Bookings report showing which of your activity providers are Ofsted registered. This has been added in as an option for them to select within their login. 

We have added some additional columns to the Providers tab. These show current scheme activities, places and booked places in addition to the totals over time. We have also added the option to download this report. 

We have also updated the Reports tab to give a little explanation of what is included in each report as well as adjusting the order the reports are displayed in. 

You will see that the voucher report has been added here too and is now available via the dashboard and the reports section.

Finally, you now have the option to use dark mode on the HolidayActivities platform. This can be selected by clicking on the moon icon above your name in the bottom left corner. 

You can also move the menu bar to the top of the screen by clicking the other icon to Toggle position.
